Synopsis

Based on the classic sci-fi novel by H.G. Wells, The Time Machine stars Guy Pearce as Alexander Hartdegen, a scientist and inventor who's determined to prove that time travel is possible.     Great family movie although it might be a little intense for younger children. It was a great and stylish remake of the Rod Taylor classic with super special effects. However, I found the friendship between the main character and Mr. Philby lacked the close comradarie and understanding . . .
