    Very good actiong by all involved. Protrays a good historical event with how the monarchy delt with Diana's death. A must see for those of us who appreiciate good entertainment.

    Helen Mirren in her Oscar winning performance of Queen Elizabeth. Covers the period of time right after Tony Blair was elected Prime Minister and during the aftermath of the death of Princess Diana. The historical facts are there - peppered with much assumption & sheer guess-work . . .

    Ploddingly slow but fascinating story of the machinations between the British prime minister and royal family over the death of Princess Diana, who ironically, were both working to save the monarchy as a viable institution. The portrayal of their private lives had an uncommonly true ring . . .
