When do I receive commission payments?
Commission payments are made the month after the subscription.

Every time your commissions add up to $50 or more, we will pay you. If this amount is not reached, the balance will be carried forward into the following month(s). We do not pay interest on accruals.

How are commission payments made?
DVD Avenue pays either by cheque or by direct credit, in which case your bank details are required. All private information is stored securely. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

How are my referrals tracked and credited?
Websites/email newsletters: Providing you use the tag generator to create your links to DVD Avenue, your site's unique source ID will be automatically connected to every subscription referral coming to DVD Avenue. Our system lets you see how many people are clicking on your various links and how they progress through our registration process. This helps you see which of your links are generating the best revenue for you and gives you the feedback you need to fine-tune those links.

Promotion Number: This feature is ideal for off-line promotions such as vouchers. Vouchers can feature your own Promotion Number. New customers have an opportunity to enter your unique Promotion Number in the registration screen. Our system notes the referral and tracks the progress of the registration.

Need an extra Promotion Number?
All DVD Avenue customers receive one Promotion Number when they subscribe. However, you may request additional Promotion Numbers if you would like to track a number of different promotions. Please email affiliates@dvdavenue.com with your request.

What happens if the customer I refer cancels their subscription?
DVD Avenue customers may cancel their subscription at any time. However in order for you to receive a commission payment, referrals must be subscribed for at least one month.
