Welcome to DVD Avenue - online DVDs delivered to you! By visiting the DVD Avenue website and subscribing to our online DVD rental service, you agree to the following terms of use. Please read them carefully:

Joining DVD Avenue

Customers must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid credit card in order to join DVD Avenue. When completing the registration form, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and correct information about yourself. You also agree to maintain and update your information on Your Account page.

If DVD Avenue has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, DVD Avenue has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the DVD Avenue service.

Mail Delivery

DVD Avenue uses the United States Postal Service to deliver DVDs to and receive DVDs from you. Estimated delivery times are as follows: D.C. Metro Area 1 day, Northeast & Mid-Atlantic 2-3 days, Mid-West 2-4 days and West Coast 3-5 Return postage of rented DVDs is paid by DVD Avenue.

Renting DVDs

Rental requests are fulfilled Monday through Saturday. We will send you a confirmation email when you return a DVD and when we send you another DVD. You can view current rental items by visiting Your Rentals. You may not copy or alter any rented DVD in any way. Please handle the DVDs with care so as not to damage them.

Purchasing Ex-Rental DVDs

You acknowledge that all rented products remain the property of DVD Avenue until ownership is transferred to you if and when you decide to purchase an ex-rental DVD. When you purchase an ex-rental DVD, we will charge the price to your credit card. Purchasing the original DVD cover is optional.

Subscription Fees

DVD Avenue will charge your subscription fee to your credit card calculated on a monthly basis. Billing will commence at the beginning of your subscription and monthly thereafter until you cancel. You can view your historical credit card payments by visiting Billing History .

If you want to use a different credit card or if there is a change in your credit card validity or expiration date, you may edit your credit card information on Your Account page.

Cancelling the Service

You may cancel your DVD Avenue subscription at any time. To cancel your account with DVD Avenue, press Cancel on the Service Status page. Cancelling your account will stop additional DVDs being despatched to you. The cancellation will take effect and billing will stop once all your currently rented DVDs have been returned.

Privacy

Any information submitted on the DVD Avenue website is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

Copyright in the material on this website is owned by DVD Avenue unless otherwise indicated. You may view this site and its contents using your web browser and electronically copy and print hard copies of parts of this site solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display or performance, of the content of this site is strictly prohibited.
