What movies does DVD Avenue have?
We have one of the largest DVD collections in the USA with over 15,000 titles for you to choose. We have everything from the widest back-catalogue of golden oldies to new releases. Be sure to rate the movies you watch: was it a 3 star or 5 star movie? Our recommendation engine will then give you good advice on what other movies you are likely to enjoy.

Which movies will I receive?
You make a list of movies you like. We then send you a stream of DVDs from those you selected. Regularly top up your list to have at least 20 movies on it at any time. This will ensure that there are plenty of movies available to send you without delay.

Selecting DVDs to rent
After joining you may select DVDs. Once you find an item you would like to rent click the "RENT" button to add it to your DVD rental list. You may add as many items as you like. You'll always want to keep your list full so we can quickly ship your next available pick.We will keep shipping DVDS until you have reached your maximum allowed according to your DVD rental plan.

After you subscribe you can choose a selection of movies you'd like to watch. Search for movie titles, or browse through the recommendations and click the Rent or Reserve buttons to add them to DVD Rental list. For tips on adding titles, visit How To Find The Movies You Will Enjoy.

You can select to rent an entire series or multi-disc set by clicking just one button. We don't necessarily send you all discs at once, but we will send outthe discs in the correct order. For example, if you add a four disc set to Your Selections, we may send you the first two discs from that set, and then when you return those two, we'll send you the next two discs.

After you've selected some DVDs to watch, we'll despatch them and our friends at USPS will deliver them to your letterbox. We will keep shipping DVDs until you have reached your maximum allowed according to your DVD rental plan.

What if different people in my household like different types of movies?
You can use our "group" facility to make sure you get a fair mix of, say, kids movies for the kids and more mature movies for the parents. Or set up your own group to match your household's movie preferences.

How long does it take to get my movies?
DVD Avenue delivers USA wide. You will get your first 3 movies within a few days of completing your registration. Then every time you send one back, we'll send you another from your list of DVD rentals within a few days.

How do you send the DVDs to me?
We post each DVD to you in its own specially designed envelope. All postage to you and back again is included – there are no hidden extras for you to pay.

No due dates or late fees?
DVD Avenue allows you to keep your DVD rentals as long as you like. Remember, there are NO due dates and NO late fees. When you do return your rentals please slip them into their rental sleeve and insert the DVD rental along with the protective foam pouch into the pre-paid mailer. Then just drop into any mailbox and your done. We will ship your next selection(s) the same day we receive your returns.

How do I return a DVD?
To return a DVD, simply put it into the prepaid return envelope we sent you and pop it into any mail box. You can return each movie when you feel like it – there is no need to send all three back at once.
